All prints are delivered unframed, protected in acid-free packaging for safe shipping.

A5, A4 and A3 are shipped flat in reinforced cardboard envelopes.
A2 is shipped in a protective tube.

Domestic (Norway)

• Standard shipping: 99 NOK
• Free shipping on orders over 1500 NOK
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch

International

• Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on your country
• Free shipping on orders over 1500 NOK
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier
• We ship to Norway, the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the USA, Canada and Australia

Customs and import fees
Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to import VAT, duties or handling fees, charged by the customs authorities in your country when the parcel arrives. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping and are paid by the recipient. For orders to the USA, import charges are prepaid by us.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Liability
We do our best to deliver within the stated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high demand or carrier delays. Such delays do not give grounds for compensation, but we will always help you track and follow up on your package if any issues arise during transit.
